Getting the heart rate up!

This time or year can be a tough time to get outdoors to enjoy your favorite aerobic activity. If the temperature is dropping below 15 degrees it just can be plain painful to get your self ready to go outside for a workout. If you are struggling with this…why not get a fun 30 minute workout in your house. ENJOY

What you need: weights or milk/water gallons, cans (anything that you can lift), mat or blanket, pillow or ball, jump rope.

Start with jogging in place for 3 minutes

10 jumping jacks

10 push ups
10 dips on chair or table

Jog again for 3 minutes

Jumprope for 1 minute

Grab milk gallon with both hands or 10 pound weight and get 10 squats.

Lunges with weight or milk gallon. Bring weight in front of you extend arms. 20 total on each side

Jog in place for 3 minutes

10 jumping jacks

10 push ups

10 dips on chair or table

Jumprope for 1 minute

Biceps with weights or cans

Triceps with weights or cans

Lay on mat, get 10 rollups

5 shoulder bridges (pillow or ball between inner thigh)

Knee sways

Go drink water! Good work!!!
