Intro to Pilates…what is Pilates?
Wednesday the 8th :5:30-7:00 p.m. or Saturday the 18th at 12:00-1:30 p.m.

Control-Center-Core
Learn the Pilates method mat work exercises and become balanced. This workshop is a great way to get ready for Pilates classes at Rudy’s gym. Find out you’re neutral spine and pelvis in standing and seated posture. Pilates, is a body conditioning routine that builds strength, flexibility, and endurance. All movement in Pilates begins form the center and flows outwards to limbs. Learn the fundamentals to gain your true strength.

Back Care Pilates   (Prevent back pain, or get rid of pain)

Wednesday the 8th : 2:30-4:00 or Saturday the 18th at 2:00-3:30

Flexibility-Center-Strength

Learn safe core exercises/stretches to provide spine stability and flexibility. Prevent join, back, and muscle pain by learning safe stretches, breath and core work. Standing and seated posture work will be included. This workshop is designed for the person that is in pain or has a history of chronic pain.
